La Capecitabine, un anti métabolite utilisée comme radio sensibilisant avec la radiothérapie conformationelle, a montré son efficace thérapeutique, cependant elle n’est pas dénuée d’effets secondaires. L’objectifdenotreétudeestd’évaluerlatoxicitéaigüedelaCapecitabineentantque traitement néo-adjuvant combiné avec des rayonnements de haute énergie. Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective sur dossiers des malades traités au niveau du CHU de Constantine,servicederadiothérapie,durantlapériodeallantdejanvier2018à juin2022, Letotaldecinquante-deuxpatientsontétéinclusdanscetteétudeettousontétéévaluéspour la toxicité aigüe au cours du traitement.
