Prothèse provisoire

Abstract

RESUME : Notre travail a pour objectif de définir et faire point sur l’importance de chaque type de prothèse provisoire. La prothèse provisoire amovible qui permet le passage de l’edentement partiel à l’edentement total avec transition par la prothèse partielle évolutive, et sans transition par la prothèse immédiate. La prothèse provisoire fixée qui assure la temporisation pendant les différentes phases de traitement depuis la préparation de la dent jusqu’à la mise en place d’une prothèse d’usage. La prothèse provisoire en implantologie avec les différentes techniques disponibles cette prothèse est portée durant les périodes d'ostéo-intégration des fixtures, de connexion du pilier ou d'élaboration de la prothèse définitive. Dans ces différents types (amovible, fixée et en implantologie) nous avons basé sur l’objectif, le rôle, l’indication et les différentes techniques privilégiées. La technique de CFAO aussi est prise une partie, dans le projet esthétique en prothèse provisoire fixée et en implantologie. D’autre part, nous avons abordé à la prothèse pédiatrique en dentition temporaire, mixte et permanente comme une solution thérapeutique temporaire qui doit être obéir certain critère pour n’entrave pas la croissance craniofacial et pour réhabiliter les différentes fonctions ABSTRACT : Our aim in our reseach is to assess the importance of each type of temporary prosthesis. First, we have the removable temporary prosthesis which allows the transition from partial edentation to total edentation with transition by the partial prosthesis and without transition by the immediate prosthesis. Thereafter, the provisional fixed prosthesis is provided which ensures the timing during the various treatment phases from the preparation of the tooth to the installation of a wear prosthesis. The temporary prosthesis in implantology with the different techniques available this prosthesis is carried during periods of osteo-integration of the fixtures, connection of the pillar or development of the definitive prosthesis. In these different types (removable, fixed and in implantology). The CAD / CAM technique is also taken part, in the aesthetic project in fixed temporary prosthesis and in implantology.On the other hand, we have approached the pediatric prosthesis in temporary dentition, mixed and permanent as a temporary therapeutic solution that must obeye to certain criteria , the craniofacial growth and rehabilitation of the different functions.
