Abstract

الملخص: تناول هذا البحث موضوع دور خلية الأزمة في إدارة الأزمات الصحية في الجزائر، من خلال التركيز على الدور الذي تلعبه على المستوى المحلي وأهميتها في إدارة جائحة كرونا كوفيد - 19 - وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي إلى جانب المقابلة، وذلك بهدف الوقوف على مدى مساهمة خلية الأزمة في إدارة الأزمة من خلال متابعة وتقييم مختلف العمليات والأنشطة والمهام التي قامت لتحقيق ذلك وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز الدور الأساسي الذي مارسته خلية إدارة الأزمات لولاية قسنطينة، في اقرار وتنفيذ مختلف الإجراءات الوقائية بموجب الصلاحيات الممنوحة لها في إطار تسيير الأزمة والحد من انتشارها، وذلك بالرغم من محدودية الوسائل والإمكانيات التي تحوزها.Abstract: This research dealt with the role of crisis Celle in the management of healthcrisis in Algeria by focusing on the local level and its importance in managing the Corona virus crisis .This research depended on the historical and descriptive methods in addition to the interview in order to know how much the crisis cell has contributed in the managing the crisis by following and evaluating. The various operatins ,activites and tasks which were undertaken to achieve this research showed the main role that the crisis cell played in Constantine in deciding and realising the various preventive mesures in accordance to the granted powers to manage the crisis and limit its spread in spite of the limited
