dc.description.abstract In the context of increasing the intentional solubility of the drug, the main goal of our thesis was to demonstrate the effect of cyclodextrin and its derivatives on improving the solubility of drugsBCS class II known for their low solubility in water which hamper bioavailability, by performing a solubility test and determining the stability constant, in addition to the determination of the binding stoichiometry between the drug and cyclodextrin. To do this, we have gathered recent studies in this field of six different drugs for several researchers and organized them in the form of a literature review. We then studied the solubility of indomethacin in the presence of β-cyclodextrin after validation of the analytical method used. The result of our work showed an improvement in the solubility of the drug in the presence of β-cyclodextrin (15 mmol / L) to double with a constant of 418.067 mol / L and a molar ratio of 1:1 en_US
