L’implantologie unitaire dans le secteur ésthetique

Abstract

RESUME : Les restaurations prothétiques sur implants chez les patients présentent un endentement partiel au niveau de secteur antérieur, requièrent une connaissance précise de cette région anatomique de la part de praticien. De plus, l’implontologiste devra pratiquer avant toute décision thérapeutique : un examen clinique minutieux et toute une série d’examens complémentaires tels que radiographies, moulage en plâtre ou photographies. Pour un résultat optimal, le praticien devra passer par des étapes chirurgicales précédentes ou concomitantes à la pose des implants. Ainsi, il pourra positionner au mieux les implants sur les crêtes alvéolaires résiduelles avant de mettre en place la prothèse provisoire qui jouera un rôle très important dans la cicatrisation esthétique de site opéré. De plus, une autre étape chirurgical d’aménagement des tissus mous péri-implantaires permettra d’améliorer davantage l’esthétique de la restauration implanto-portée. For an optimal aesthetic result, the practitioner should often pass by different surgical steps which precede or accompany the pose of the implant such as bone grafting. Also, he is required to place the implants on their spots on the alveolar crest correctly before placing the temporary prosthetis which has a great impact on the esthetic cicatrisation of the wounded site. In addition, another surgical step of adjusting the soft tissues peri-implantitis will also improve the esthetic aspect of the prosthetic restoration on implants. The sustainability of the quality of the implants, for the patient, resides mainly on the regulair maintenance visits to the dentist along with an efficeint hygiene..اليومية الصارمة
