التدخل الخارج في ليبيا و انعكاسه على الأمن الوطن الجزائري

Abstract

الملخص: تتطرق هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز انعكاس تداعيات التدخل الخارجي في ليبيا على الأمن الوطني الجزائري، واعتبارا للإمتدادات الإستراتيجية للجزائر مع دول الجوار وأهمها ليبيا فإن الأمن الجزائري يبقى مرهونا بأمن ليبيا الدولة الهشة التي تنامى تهديد تصدير تحديات أزمتها الداخلية بعد التدخل الخارجي فيها بسبب عدة عوامل منها: انتشار السلاح وتزايد قوة الحركات الإرهابية والإنفصالية وارتفاع معدل الجريمة المنظمة والهجرة الغير شرعية في ظل رخاوة الحدود وانعدام الرقابة عليها إلى دول الجوار مادفع صانع القرار الجزائري الذي أدركها إلى تطوير العقيدة الأمنية الجزائرية لمجابهتها وطرح مبادرات تسعى لتحقيق الأمن في ليبيا لضمان استقرار الجزائر وماولة تجاوز التدخل الخارجي وتواصلها خدمة لأجندتها بالإبقاء على الفوضى في ليبيا ضمانا لمصالحها. Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the repercussions of external interference in Libya and its impact on the Algerian national security ,and based on the strategic extensions of Algeria with neighboring countries ,especially Libya; Algerian security remains related to the security of Libya , which is considered a fragile state ; which has grown the threat of the spread of the challenges of its internal crisis after external interference in it, due to several factors, including: the spread of the arms trade, the increase in the strength of terrorist and separatist movements, the growing phenomenon of organized crime ,and illegal immigration, due to the fragility of borders, and the lack of control over them at the level of neighboring countries, all factors made the Algerian decision-maker, who realized it, to develop the Algerian security doctrine to confront it, and put forward initiatives that seek to achieve security in Libya, to ensure stability of Algeria ,and try to overcome the challenge of the internal political and institutional division in Libya, and the deterioration of the internal security situation ,in light of the worsening cases of external interference and their continuation, as a service to itsagenda by maintaining chaos in Libya to ensure its interests.
