Laser et orthodontie

Abstract

La famille des LASER (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) destinée à la médecine dentaire est assez diversifiée ; leurs actions respectives sur les tissus durs et mous les rendent polyvalents et sans danger, et font du laser un outil thérapeutique incontournable aux cabinets dentaires afin d’optimiser et pérenniser les résultats et rendre le patient plus satisfait. Dans ce travail, on s’est intéressé aux lasers utilisés en orthopédie dento-faciale et leurs applications avant ; pendant et après le traitement orthodontique, tant sur les tissus mous que sur les tissus durs (le mordançage de l’email ; le dépose des brackets; le dégagement des canines incluses …etc.) Un travail de recherche bibliographique a été également mené afin d'en faire la comparaison avec la chirurgie conventionnelle, d'en comprendre leurs inconvénients et donc savoir les contres indications. Les contraintes juridiques et sécuritaires quant à son utilisation en cabinet sont également abordées.المخلص عائلة الليزر )تضخيم الضوء عن طريق الانبعاثات المحفزة للإشعاع( المستخدمة في طب الأسنان متنوعة للغاية؛ إجراءات كل منها على الأنسجة الصلبة واللينة تجعلها متعددة الاستخدامات وآمنة، وتجعل الليزر أداة علاجية لا غنى عنها لممارسات طب الأسنان لتحسين وإدامة النتائج وجعل المريض أكثر رضى في هذا العمل، نحن مهتمون بالليزر المستخدم في جراحة عظم الوجة والاسنان قبل وأثناء وبعد علاج تقويم الأسنان؛ سواء على الأنسجة الرخوة والصلبة )نقش المينا؛ إزالة الأقواس؛ إزالة الأنياب المضمنة ... إلخ كما أجريت أبحاث لمقارنة هذه الإجراءات بالجراحة التقليدية، لفهم العيوب وبالتالي معرفة موانع الاستعمال. كما نوقشت القيود القانونية وقيود السلامة المتعلقة باستخدامه في عيادة طب الاسنان الكلمات المفتاحية: الليزر. جراحة عظام الوجه و الاسنان . الألم.العلاج بالليزر منخفض المستوى .الحركةAbstract: The family of LASER (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) used in dentistry is very diversified ; their respective actions on hard and soft tissues make them versatile and safe, and make the laser an indispensable therapeutic tool for dental practices to optimize and perpetuate the results and make the patient more satisfied. In this work, we are interested in lasers used in dentofacial orthopedics and their applications before, during and after orthodontic treatment; both on soft and hard tissues (enamel etching; removal of brackets; removal of included canines… etc). Research has also been carried out to compare these procedures with conventional surgery, to understand the disadvantages and therefore to know the contraindications. The legal and safety constraints concerning its use in the office were also discussed.
