Abstract

Ce mémoire examine l'évolution des brackets orthodontiques à travers l'histoire, en se concentrant sur les avancées technologiques et les changements de conception qui ont façonné et enrichie le domaine de l'orthodontie. Le mémoire explore également les premiers brackets utilisés dans la pratique orthodontique, en mettant l'accent sur leur fonctionnalité et leurs limites. Ensuite, il examine les développements ultérieurs, tels que l'introduction des brackets auto adhésive, des brackets autoligaturants et des brackets esthétiques. Les avantages et les inconvénients de chaque innovation sont évalués, ainsi que leur impact sur la durée du traitement et le confort du patient. Finalement, cette recherche met en évidence les perspectives d'avenir dans le domaine des brackets orthodontiques, en se concentrant sur les avancées potentielles dans les matériaux, la conception et la fabrication. En conclusion l’intérêt de cet aperçu approfondi de l'évolution des brackets orthodontiques, offre des informations précieuses pour les chercheurs, les fabricants et les praticiens.تتناول هذه الأطروحة تطور الدعامات التقويمية عبر التاريخ و التغييرات التي طرأت عليها والتي بدورها ساعدت على تطوير مجال تقويم الأسنان و كذا مميزات الدعامات الأولى التي تم استعمالها مع تسليط الضوء على مواصفاتها التكوينية و عيوبها ثم تم التطرق إلى بحوث حديثة تمت فيها معالجة الدعامات ذاتية الربط و الشفافة، مميزات و عيوب كل منها و كذلك تأثيرها على مدة العلاج و راحة المريض . و اخيرا ،تناولنا الآفاق المستقبلية في هذا المجال من جانب التصنيع و المواد المستعملة الكلمات المفتاحية : تقويم الأسنان، دعامات الأسنان التقويمية ، تطور دعامات الأسنان التقويميةABSTRACT This thesis examines the evolution of orthodontic brackets throughout history, focusing on technological advancements and design changes that have shaped this field of orthodontics. The thesis explores early brackets used in orthodontic practice, emphasizing their functionality and limitations. It then examines subsequent developments, such as the introduction of self-adhesive brackets, self-ligating brackets, and aesthetic brackets. The advantages and disadvantages of each innovation are evaluated, as well as their impact on treatment duration and patient comfort. Finally, this research highlights future prospects in the field of orthodontic brackets, focusing on potential advancements in materials, design, and manufacturing. This these provide an in-depth overview of the evolution of orthodontic brackets in French, offering valuable insights for practitioners, researchers, and manufacturers.
