Les avancées en pharmacie : impact des logiciels de gestion de stock et les nouvelles missions du pharmacien en officine

Abstract

Ce mémoire examine les progrès réalisés en pharmacologie et en galénique, ainsi que la gestion des stocks de médicaments en Algérie. Il représente la première étude explorant la fonction des logiciels de gestion d'officine en Algérie. Dans un premier temps, une étude a été menée pour évaluer les logiciels de gestion de stocks disponibles sur le marché algérien. Un questionnaire a été élaboré et administré aux propriétaires de pharmacies afin de recueillir leurs opinions et expériences concernant ces logiciels. Les résultats ont été minutieusement analysés et comparés afin de formuler des recommandations spécifiques destinées aux futurs propriétaires de pharmacies, leur permettant ainsi de choisir le logiciel le mieux adapté à leurs besoins particuliers. Dans un second temps, une enquête a été réalisée auprès des pharmaciens exerçant en officine pour explorer les tâches et responsabilités du pharmacien dans ce contexte. Le questionnaire visait à comprendre les nouvelles missions et les opportunités d'amélioration. Les résultats ont été discutés en détail, mettant en évidence l'importance du pharmacien d'officine en tant que professionnel de santé de première ligne, et fournissant des recommandations pour renforcer son rôle au sein de la communauté. Cette recherche contribue à la compréhension des avancées en pharmacologie et en galénique, ainsi qu'à l'amélioration de la gestion des stocks de médicaments en Algérie. De plus, elle met en lumière le rôle crucial du pharmacien d'officine dans la promotion de la santé publique, et souligne la nécessité d'une formation continue et d'une prise de conscience accrue de ses missions et responsabilités. Les résultats et recommandations de cette étude ont pour objectif d'orienter les futurs propriétaires de pharmacies dans le choix des logiciels de gestion de stocks appropriés, tout en encourageant une réflexion approfondie sur le rôle du pharmacien d'officine dans la société algérienne. This thesis explores advances in pharmacology and Pharmaceutics, as well as the management of drug stocks in Algeria. It represents the first study to explore the function of pharmacy management software in Algeria. As a first step, a study was carried out to evaluate the inventory management software available on the Algerian market. A questionnaire was drawn up and administered to pharmacy owners to gather their opinions and experiences of this software. The results were carefully analyzed and compared in order to formulate specific recommendations for future pharmacy owners, enabling them to choose the software best suited to their particular needs. Secondly, a survey was carried out among dispensing pharmacists to explore the pharmacist's tasks and responsibilities in this context. The questionnaire aimed to understand the new missions and opportunities for improvement. The results were discussed in detail, highlighting the importance of the dispensing pharmacist as a front-line healthcare professional, and providing recommendations for strengthening his or her role within the community. This research contributes to understanding advances in pharmacology and Pharmaceutics, as well as improving the management of drug stocks in Algeria. It also highlights the crucial role played by pharmacists in promoting public health, and underlines the need for ongoing training and increased awareness of their missions and responsibilities.
