Abstract:
L’herbier est un outil fondamental pour la gestion de la diversité végétale.
C’est une « collection » de plantes ou de parties de plantes desséchées sous presse,
étiquetées et nommées soigneusement, puis protégées pour éviter la déprédation
des insectes Donc un patrimoine botanique qui a été constitué en différents pays,
en différents lieux et qui présente Différents types.
Les étapes fondamentales pour la Réalisation d’un herbier sont l’herborisation, les informations de terrain à noter, le séchage et pressage des échantillons,
le montage, l’étiquetage et la conservation des spécimens. Pour chaque étape,
le matériel Technique utilisé est cité ainsi que les méthodes pour parvenir à la
réalisation d’une herbier.
Notre travail porte sur l’évaluation de l’herbier du laboratoire de botanique
médicale du Département de pharmacie de Constantine. Nous avons restauré les
planches d’herbier et les remettre à jour pour le classement et l’archivage des
spécimens.

The fundamental steps for the realization of a herbarium are the herbalize
, the field information to be noted, the drying and pressing of the samples, the
assembly, the labeling and the conservation of the specimens. For each step, the
technical equipment used is cited as well as the methods to achieve the realization of a herbarium.
Our work focuses on the evaluation of the herbarium of the laboratory of
the medical botany of the Department of Pharmacy of Constantine. We have restored the herbarium plates and updated them for the classification and archiving
of specimens.
