ROLE DU PHARMACIEN D’OFFICINE DANS LA PRISE EN CHARGE DES INFECTIONS D'HIVER EN OFFICINE

Abstract

Ce mémoire examine la prise en charge des maladies hivernales en officine, en mettant en évidence le rôle essentiel des pharmaciens dans la prévention et le traitement de ces affections courantes durant la saison froide, telles que le rhume, la grippe ou encore les bronchites. Ces maladies représentent une part importante des consultations en pharmacie, nécessitant une expertise spécifique pour fournir des conseils et orienter les patients de manière adéquate. La première partie du mémoire propose une revue bibliographique des principales maladies hivernales, de leurs symptômes et des traitements disponibles, en insistant sur les recommandations officielles et les bonnes pratiques pharmaceutiques. La seconde partie est représentée par une enquête réalisée dans plusieurs officines de deux wilayas de l’est algérien Constantine et Jijel, où des formulaires ont été distribués aux pharmaciens pour recueillir des informations sur leurs pratiques de prise en charge, leurs connaissances des recommandations thérapeutiques et les difficultés rencontrées dans leur exercice professionnel. Les réponses obtenues ont été analysées pour évaluer les approches adoptées et identifier les axes d'amélioration possibles. Les résultats montrent que dans l’ensemble, les pharmaciens jouent un rôle clé aussi bien dans la prévention que dans la gestion des maladies hivernales, offrant des conseils précieux et des traitements adaptés aux patients. Toutefois, des disparités existent dans les pratiques, soulignant la nécessité d'une meilleure diffusion des recommandations de santé publique, de la formation continue des pharmaciens et d’une collaboration plus étroite avec les autres professionnels de la santé afin d'améliorer la prise en charge des maladies hivernales en officine et renforcer le rôle du pharmacien. - This memo examines the management of winter diseases in officine, highlighting the essential role of pharmacists in the prevention and treatment of these common conditions during the cold season, such as colds, flu and bronchitis. These diseases represent an important part of pharmacy consultations, requiring specific expertise to provide appropriate advice and guidance to patients. The first part of the memo provides a bibliographic review of the main winter diseases, their symptoms and available treatments, emphasizing official recommendations and good pharmaceutical practices. The second part is represented by a survey conducted in several offices of two cities in eastern of Algeria, Constantine and Jijel, where forms were distributed to pharmacists to gather information about their care practices, their knowledge of therapeutic recommendations and the difficulties encountered in their professional exercise. The responses obtained were analyzed to assess the approaches adopted and identify possible areas of improvement. The results show that, overall, pharmacists play a key role in both winter disease prevention and management, providing valuable advice and patient-specific treatments.
