    RÉSUMÉ Ce travail, dans un premier temps, définie les principales modalités des thérapeutiques anti cancéreuses, à savoir la chirurgie, la radiothérapie, les médicaments anti cancéreux (la chimiothérapie, la thérapie ciblée), présentant leurs effets secondaires. Bien que, la chirurgie occasionne des séquelles locales, les plus souvent sont des pertes des substances, la radiothérapie entraine de nombreux effets indésirables, qui peuvent être d’apparition précoce telle que les mucites, la xérostomie, ou d’apparition tardive telle que limitation de l’ouverture buccale, ou plus grave comme l’ostéoradionécrose. La chimiothérapie et la thérapie ciblée, présentant le traitement général des cancers, peuvent avoir un retentissement sur la cavité buccale types : candidose, l’ostéochimionécrose. Dans un deuxième temps, il y a des cas clinique qui illustrés le rôle de médecin dentiste dans la prise en charge multidisciplinaire des patients traités par traitement anti-cancéreux.ABSTRACT This work, firstly, defines the main modalities of anti-cancer therapies, namely surgery, radiotherapy, anti-cancer drugs (chemotherapy, targeted therapy), with theirs defects. Although, surgery causes local squeal, most often are losses of substances, radiotherapy causes many adverse effects, which can be of early onset such as mucositis, xerostomia, or lateonsetsuch as limitation mouth opening, or more serious such as osteoradionecrosis. Chemotherapy and targeted therapy, presenting the general treatment of cancers, can have an impact on the oral cavity types: candidiasis, osteochemonecrosis. Secondly, there are clinical cases which illustrate the role of the dentist in the multidisciplinary management of patients treated with anti-cancer treatment.
