The zirconia, an innovating material, a real ceramic-steel which has been revealed by GARVIE in 1975 for applications that required mechanical properties of high resistance. This material has found above all his applications in industries’ field, and then, thanks to his excellent biocompatibility, it has been introduced into biomedical field and particularly in dentistry. The permanent improvements of these structures, cannot be done without informatics technology and micromechanics. The systems of conception and fabrication assisted by computer also allow to reply to these requirements of production and conception. However, these materials, beside its exigency clinical indications, need strict and controlled use. Despite its large qualities, the infrastructure of Zirconia bridge still a ceramic with weak comportment, nevertheless, the development of its performance thanks to its continuous achievement. So, we are going to understand how it could converge with the metallic armature sunk, thin, precise, alterable, and mechanically competitive. Until which limits could it represent a trustworthy alternative of infrastructures of metallic bridges?
