Abstract

ملخص: تفطنت الجزائر الى ضرورة الانتقال الطاقوي وذلك لاعتبار مؤهلاتها و إمكاناتها و حجم الموارد المتاحة بهذا الخصوص من مصادر الاطاقة المتجددة،حيث قامت بإطلاق برنامج طموح من 2011-2030، هدفت من خلاله الى إنتاج 40% من الطاقة الكهربائية انطلاقا من الطاقات المتجددة، والذي يعتبر رهان لإعادة التموقع ضمن الاقتصاديات العالمية واستغلال الفرصة التي يتيحها مجال الطاقات المتجددة، الا ان عجلت برنامج الانتقال تسير بشكل بطيء و هذا راجع الى العديد من التحديات الأمنية و الاقتصادية والتقنية و بناء عليه فان النجاح في تثمين استغلال الطاقات المتجددة يتطلب الإرادة السياسية الجادة مع الثقافة الطاقوية لدى افراد المجتمع الهادفة الى تفعيل الانتقال الطاقوي الجزائري والتأثير في السياسة العالمية للطاقة.Abstract : aware of the need for an energy transition, consideringits qualifications, capabilities, and the amount of resourcesavailable in this regard fromrenewableenergy sources.
