Abstract: The arid and dry climate that dominates four-fifths of the area of Algeria makes it at risk of energy depletion. Therefore, attention must be paid to the climatic aspect and strategies of energy economy, so the application of these Strategies are neglected in the country despite their importance. Natural ventilation and cooling with wind towers originated from the local architecture in the Middle East. This system consists of capturing the flow of cold air at a height, to direct it towards the interior spaces. Hot and dry climate Cooling in summer is more important than heating in winter. For this reason, it is necessary to focus on different passive cooling strategies to achieve better sustainability of buildings in these areas. Before the design, we etude the strategies of passive cooling and we checked the natural ventilation strategy with wind towers and their use in Iranian homes, then we analyzed the climate of the Souf area and during the design we inserted wind towers in offices of project. Then we verified by making a simulation for four offices in the case of using wind towers and in the case of not using them using EDSL TAS, so it was verified and compared between these cases
