dc.description.abstract | Abstract :Blood transfusion is the treatment of choice for hemoglobinopaths and cancerous. . -The search fminegularagglufininsisamrymwdeoectandidmüfyanfibodieswthe anti-erythrocyte antigens. -This technique helps to ensure transfusion safety in regularly transfused patient. -According to our results, the hemoglobinopaths represent 65% whereas the cancerous 35%. - Our study showed that the number of transfusions, the transfusion rate and the type of PSL favor a positive RAL -RAÏ was 100% negative, which is favored by the type of transfusion reactions (chills, hyperthermia, allergy). -In conclusion, transfusion safcty and hemovigilance require that RAI be performed prior to transfusion. | en_US |
