Elaboration d’un Herbier de Plantes Médicinales

Abstract

L'herbier est un instrument fondamental pour la gestion de la diversité végétale. Il se compose d'une collection de plantes ou de parties de plantes séchées sous presse, minutieusement étiquetées et nommées, puis protégées contre les dégradations causées par les insectes. Ce patrimoine botanique a été développé dans divers pays et localités, et présente une variété de types. Les étapes clés pour la création d'un herbier incluent la collecte des plantes (herborisation), l'enregistrement des informations de terrain, le séchage et le pressage des échantillons, le montage, l'étiquetage et la conservation des spécimens. Chaque étape nécessite des outils techniques spécifiques ainsi que des méthodes appropriées pour la réalisation d'un herbier. Notre travail se concentre sur la réalisation de l'herbier du laboratoire de botanique médicale du Département de pharmacie de Constantine. Nous avons entrepris la restauration des planches d'herbier et leur mise à jour afin de les classer et de les archiver correctement. The herbarium is a fundamental tool for managing plant diversity. It consists of a collection of plants or plant parts dried under press, meticulously labeled and named, then protected against damage caused by insects. This botanical heritage has been developed in various countries and locations and presents a variety of types. The key steps for creating a herbarium include plant collection (herborization), recording field information, drying and pressing samples, mounting, labeling, and conserving specimens. Each step requires specific technical tools and appropriate methods for achieving the creation of a herbarium. Our work focuses on the establishment of the herbarium of the medical botany laboratory at the Department of Pharmacy in Constantine. We have undertaken the restoration of the herbarium sheets and updated them to properly classify and archive the specimens. األعشاب الجافة هي أداة أساسية إلدارة التنوع النباتي. تتكون من مجموعة من النباتات أو أجزاء من النباتات المجففة تحت الضغط، ومصنفة بدقة ومسماة، ثم محمية من التلف الناتج عن الحشرات. تم تطوير هذا التراث النباتي في بلدان ومواقع مختلفة، ويقدم مجموعة متنوعة من األنواع. تشمل الخطوات الرئيسية إلنشاء األعشاب الجافة جمع النباتات )العشبية(، وتسجيل المعلومات الميدانية، وتجفيف العينات وضغطها، وتجميعها، وتصنيفها، وحفظها. تتطلب ا مناسبة إلنشاء األعشاب الجافة .كل خطوة أدوات تقنية محددة وكذلك طرقً يركز عملنا على إنشاء األعشاب الجافة في مختبر النبات الطبي في قسم الصيدلة بجامعة قسنطينة. لقد قمنا بترميم ألواح األعشاب الجافة وتحديثها لتصنيفها وأرشفتها بشكل صحيح.
