Conception d'une unité de production pharmaceutique aspect technique et réglementaire

Abstract

Résumé La conception d’une usine pharmaceutique nécessite une approche multidisciplinaire et une prise en compte minutieuse de tous les aspects liés à la production pharmaceutique. Ce mémoire a permis d’explorer les différentes phases et aspects de la conception d’une unité de production pharmaceutique sur le plan technique : planification et conceptıon du site, équipements et système de contrôle, étude de flux et système de sécurité. Summary The design of a pharmaceutical plant requires a multidisciplinary approach and careful consideration of all aspects related to pharmaceutical production. This thesis explored the different phases and aspects of the design of a pharmaceutical production unit on the technical level: site planning and design, equipment and control system, flow study and safety system. On the regulatory level, we comply with good manufacturing practice standards and local and international requirements.
