Through an exhaustive bibliographic review, we have highlighted the importance of alkaline salts, and more particularly disodium phosphate, in the regulation of gastric acidity. In the second chapter of our manuscript, we detailed the different methods of characterization and evaluation of Na2HPO4. The results obtained confirm the therapeutic effectiveness of disodium phosphate as an antacid. Acid neutralization tests demonstrated a significant ability to reduce gastric acidity, while structural analyzes revealed adequate chemical stability for pharmaceutical use. The formulations developed showed good acceptability and promising effectiveness in real conditions of use.en_US
