The present work concerns the extraction from the four parts of the plant "Diplotaxis tenuisiliqua" to evaluate the yield and quality of the extracts by analyzing their antioxidant and antibacterial activity. The extraction methods used include dynamic maceration, reflux heating with organic solvents at different polarities (Hexane, Acetone, Ethanol), as well as supercritical CO2 extraction without and with Co-solvent. The use of ethanol in the two conventional extraction techniques ensured the best yields. Adding ethanol as a co-solvent to supercritical CO2 improves extraction yield. The FRAP Protocol demonstrated the antioxidant activity of all four parts of the plant.en_US
