Abstract: Two medicinal plants, Capparis spinosa and Senna alexandrina, were used in this study to evaluate the influence of the combination of extracts on their antioxidant, enzymatic (anti-Alzheimer), and antifungal activities. The extraction methods employed include Soxhlet extraction with organic solvents (ethanol and hexane), static maceration extraction with methanol and acetone, and supercritical CO₂ extraction with ethanol as cosolvent. The main objective is to compare the efficiency of the extracts of these plants, individually and in mixture, by examining the extraction yields as a function of solvents and conditions, while considering the effects of polar and apolar solvents on the efficiency of the obtained extracts.
