This thesis represents a pioneering and unique advancement in Algeria, being the first research on the preparation of an innovative cream for vasodilation and the visual detection of blood vessels, aimed at facilitating blood sampling and injection using natural plant extracts. The study focuses on two types of natural plants, one local (Algerian) and the other from East Asia. The extracts obtained were initially subjected to tests to evaluate their antioxidant activities (DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, PHEN), antibacterial properties (E. coli, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus), and anti-inflammatory effects. The results recorded were highly satisfactory. The second phase was dedicated to preparing the cream with different active substance concentrations (2%, 5%, 10%), evaluating its pH, viscosity, stability, organoleptic characteristics, and conducting in vivo tests. The formulation results are very encouraging and promising.en_US
