dc.description.abstractThis thesis focuses on the kinetic and acid-base behavior of two alkaline salts: disodium phosphate (Na₂HPO₄) and dipotassium phosphate (K₂HPO₄), as well as their mixture. The main objective is to evaluate their acid neutralization capacity (ANC) through acid-base titration and pH measurement experiments. The study also covers the structural and physicochemical properties of these compounds, with an interpretation of results in relation to their potential therapeutic applications. This work is part of a final year Master’s project in Pharmaceutical Engineering and serves as a foundation for potential future research.en_US
