dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to study and present a personal project for the production of yarns, using an approach that combines both theoretical and practical aspects. The yarn-manufacturing sector is a vital part of the textile industry due to its importance in supplying raw materials used in the production of fabrics and textiles. The project is based on the creation of a production unit capable of manufacturing high-quality yarns, while complying with technical standards and meeting the demands of both local and international markets. Within this framework, the various stages of the production process were studied, from the selection of raw materials, through twisting and winding operations, to the technical inspection of the final product. The practical part focused on yarn count analysis carried out in a laboratory belonging to a textile factory, which enabled the evaluation of yarn quality and the identification of key characteristics affecting performance. Ultimately, this project aims to provide a comprehensive vision for launching an efficient and sustainable industrial venture in the field of yarn production, taking into account technical, economic, and environmental aspects.en_US
