IDENTIFICATION DU PATRIMOINE NEO-MAURESQUE EN ALGERIE CAS DE L’HOTEL DE VILLE DE SKIKDA

Abstract

Résumé Au cours de son histoire, l'Algérie a connu plusieurs transformations, s'intégrant à chaque fois aux différentes civilisations qui l'ont occupé. Des types et styles architecturaux ont pénétré les villes algériennes, parmi ces derniers, le style néo-mauresque se démarque. Ce mémoire traite de l’identification et les caractéristiques de ce style répandu à travers le territoire pouvant servir de base de conception et d’adaptation d’une typologie architecturale dans nos villes. Le conserver en tant que témoin d’une époque lui attribue l’interprétation de patrimoine architectural à sauvegarder aussi bien en milieu urbain qu’en milieu rural. L’objectif est donc d’établir une lecture pour la compréhension de ce style architectural précisément dans la ville de Skikda, tout en repérant ses éléments permanents et significatifs à travers le nombre important d’édifice que contient cette villeAbstract Throughout its history, Algeria has undergone several transformations, integrating each time with the different civilizations that have occupied it. Architectural types and styles have penetrated Algerian cities, among them, the neo-Moorish style stands out. This thesis deals with the identification and characteristics of this style spread throughout the territory that can serve as a basis for design and adaptation of an architectural typology in our cities. Preserving it as a witness of an era attributes to it the interpretation of architectural heritage to be safeguarded in both urban and rural areas. The objective is therefore to establish a reading for the understanding of this architectural style precisely in the city of Skikda, while locating its permanent and significant elements through the large number of buildings that this city contains.ملخص شهدت الجزائر خلال مسارها التاريخي العديد من التحولات، حيث اندمجت في كل مرة مع الحضارات المختلفة التي مرت عليها ومن هنا برز أسلوب المورسكي الجديد . تتناول هذه المدكرة تحديد و تعريف خصائص هذا النمط المنتشر في جميع أنحاء المنطقة والتي يمكن أن تكون بمثابة أساس لتصميم وتكييف نمط معماري في مدننا. إن الحفاظ عليها كشاهد على حقبة زمنية ما يعزو إليها تفسير التراث المعماري الذي يجب صونه في كل من المناطق الحضرية والريفية الهدف إذن هو تكوين قراءة لفهم هذا النمط المعماري على وجه التحديد في مدينة سكيكدة مع تحديد عناصره الدائمة والهامة
