Abstract: The scenic beauty, the wealth of fauna and flora, exceptional quality of the site Seraidi, prompted us to undertake a study to understand and grasp what makes sense today, following sustainable tourism, enhancement of rural potential of the study area; Indeed, the environmental and cultural quality is one of the essential factors of a coordinated tourism development with a long-term management of various categories of resources, balance between the economic environmental and social dimensions, appears crucial to make sustainable tourism a tool effective revitalizing this marginalized rural area. The approach "ecotourism" fruit of the meeting, often conflicting, of the predatory practice of tourism and protection of eco systems and socio constituting environmental rights, which now seems inevitable. For this, we have proposed an ecotourism village in the Z.ET (Tourist Development Area) of Seraidi, following the basic principles of ecotourism.
