dc.description.abstractPreschool education for young children is a fundamental and indispensable step which precedes primary school and which has a huge impact on their development and their future life. In Constantine, there is an institutional proliferation of private preschools, most of them were not built to complete children’s needs.In this context, visits to some private nurseries in Constantine were carried out, as well as to the various services of the municipality of Constantine (DAS, ONS, DUC, CADASTRE) for the collection of information which have helped to study this problem resulting of the design according to the means available without taking into account the needs of young children .en_US
