Abstract

- Ce mémoire explore le rôle du pharmacien d'officine dans la prise en charge des pathologies courantes, soulignant ses missions essentielles en matière d'organisation officinale, de conseil pharmaceutique et de sécurisation de la dispensation. Le travail est articulé autour de deux parties principales : une partie théorique et une partie pratique. La partie théorique se décline en trois chapitres : le premier est dédié à l'organisation et au fonctionnement de l'officine ; le deuxième analyse le conseil pharmaceutique et son importance dans l'accompagnement des patients ; enfin, le troisième aborde les pathologies les plus fréquemment rencontrées en officine, telles que les troubles digestifs, les affections cutanées, les pathologies respiratoires ou les douleurs. La partie pratique se compose de deux volets. Le premier présente une enquête menée auprès de plusieurs officines de la wilaya de Constantine et via des plateformes en ligne. Cette enquête visait à identifier les pathologies les plus courantes rencontrées au comptoir et à recueillir les pratiques de conseil des pharmaciens. Suite à cette analyse, huit fiches conseils ont été élaborées pour offrir un support pratique aux professionnels, facilitant la dispensation d'un conseil structuré et adapté. Le second volet se focalise sur la gestion des interactions médicamenteuses, un aspect crucial de la mission du pharmacien dans la prévention des risques iatrogènes. Grâce à l'exploitation de plusieurs bases de données spécialisées, les interactions les plus fréquentes et leurs risques associés ont été identifiés, et des conduites à tenir précises ont été formulées pour chaque situation. Les résultats obtenus soulignent l’importance du rôle du pharmacien dans une prise en charge globale et sécurisée des patients. Ce travail met en lumière la nécessité de renforcer les compétences en matière de conseil par des formations appropriées et une collaboration accrue avec les autres professionnels de santé. Il souligne également l'intérêt d'outils pratiques, tels que les fiches conseils, pour améliorer la qualité des services au sein de l'officine. /- This thesis explores the role of the community pharmacist in managing common pathologies, highlighting their essential missions in pharmacy organization, pharmaceutical counselling, and ensuring safe dispensing practices. The work is structured into two main parts: a theoretical section and a practical section. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters: the first is dedicated to the organization and operation of the community pharmacy; the second analyses pharmaceutical counselling and its importance in patient support; finally, the third addresses the most frequently encountered pathologies in community pharmacies, such as digestive disorders, skin conditions, respiratory ailments, or pain. The practical part consists of two components. The first presents a survey conducted among several pharmacies in the wilaya of Constantine and through online platforms. This survey aimed to identify the most common pathologies encountered at the counter and to gather pharmacists' counselling practices. Following this analysis, eight counselling sheets were developed to offer practical support to professionals, facilitating the provision of structured and adapted advice. The second component focuses on the management of drug interactions, a crucial aspect of the pharmacist's mission in preventing iatrogenic risks. Through the use of several specialized databases, the most frequent interactions and their associated risks were identified, and precise management guidelines were formulated for each situation. The results obtained underscore the importance of the pharmacist's role in a comprehensive and safe patient care approach. This work highlights the need to strengthen counselling skills through appropriate training and increased collaboration with other healthcare professionals. It also emphasizes the value of practical tools, such as the counselling sheets, for improving the quality of services within the community pharmacy. /- تستكشف هذه المذكرة دور الصيدلي في التعامل مع األمراض الشائعة، مسلطة الضوء على مهامه األساسية في تنظيم الصيدلية، وتقديم المشورة الدوائية، وتأمين صرف األدوية. وينقسم هذا العمل إلى جزأين رئيسيين: جزء نظري وآخر عملي. يتكون الجزء النظري من ثالثة فصول: األول مخصص لتنظيم الصيدلية وطريقة عملها؛ والثاني يحلل المشورة الدوائية وأهميتها في مرافقة المرضى؛ وأخيًرا، يتناول الفصل الثالث األمراض األكثر شيوًعا في الصيدلية، مثل اضطرابات الجهاز الهضمي، األمراض الجلدية، أمراض الجهاز التنفسي أو اآلالم. يتألف الجزء العملي من شقين. األول يقدم دراسة استقصائية أجريت في عدة صيدليات بوالية قسنطينة وعبر المنصات اإللكترونية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد األمراض األكثر شيوًعا التي يتم التعامل معها في الصيدلية وجمع ممارسات تقديم المشورة من قبل الصيادلة. بعد هذا التحليل، تم إعداد ثماني بطاقات إرشادية لتقديم دعم عملي للمهنيين، مما يسهل تقديم مشورة منظمة ومناسبة. يركز الشق الثاني على إدارة التفاعالت الدوائية، وهو جانب حاسم في مهمة الصيدلي للوقاية من المخاطر العالجية المنشأ. بفضل استخدام العديد من قواعد البيانات المتخصصة، تم تحديد التفاعالت األكثر شيوًعا والمخاطر المرتبطة بها، وتمت صياغة توجيهات دقيقة للتعامل مع كل حالة. تؤكد النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها على أهمية دور الصيدلي في الرعاية الشاملة واآلمنة للمرضى. يسلط هذا العمل الضوء على ضرورة تعزيز الكفاءات في مجال المشورة من خالل التدريب المناسب وزيادة التعاون مع مهنيي الرعاية الصحية اآلخرين. كما يبرز أهمية األدوات العملية، مثل بطاقات المشورة، لتحسين جودة .الخدمات داخل الصيدلية
